LA Dent Studio is the dental wing of Starcare Hospital — yet to walk in is to feel nothing of the hospital. It is a private studio. Soft light, hushed corridors, the instruments of a London or Dubai practice.
Founded by Dr. Laiju Abdulla — a Prosthodontist with a Master's from the UK, a Royal College fellowship from Edinburgh and an Implantology fellowship from Canada — the studio rests on one conviction: world-class dentistry should not require a flight out of Kerala.
Today, alongside a team of five specialists, the studio delivers everything from a single-visit veneer to full-arch implants and craniofacial surgery — under one calm roof, by the NH Bypass.

Are first consultations free?
Your first 45-minute consultation — including intra-oral photographs and a written treatment plan — is complimentary. Diagnostic scans (CBCT, OPG) carry the standard hospital fee.
How much do veneers or implants cost?
Veneers from ₹15,000 per tooth (composite) to ₹30,000+ (E-max / Zirconia). Single implants with crown from ₹45,000; full-arch from ₹3.5L. Every plan is written and itemised before you commit.
Do you accept insurance & EMI?
Yes — most major Indian health insurers and corporate policies are accepted via Starcare's TPA desk. We also offer 0% EMI on most procedures over ₹25,000.
Is the Smile Train cleft programme really free?
Completely. Surgery, PNAM, orthodontics, speech therapy and follow-up — at zero cost to the family. We accept self-referrals; just call and we'll guide you through it.
How do I reach the studio?
We're on the first floor of Starcare Hospital at the NH Bypass junction near Thondayad — 15 minutes from Mananchira, 25 from Calicut Airport. Free hospital parking.
